I dont think that inner peace is a result of an improving, changing, or evolving into anything different or better,of what we already are.It is just a question of removal of the darkness of ignorance which comes with steady observation and understanding of our thoughts, behaviors,experiences ,feelings.
Light brings awareness,and awareness brings peace.

Τα δύο τελευταία χρόνια ,η διδασκαλία, του Sri Nisargadatta Μaharaj, τόσο κοντά στην ιδισυγκρασία μου,έχουν μία ανεκτίμητη συμβολή στη διεύρυνση και ανάπτυξη της πνευματικής μου ευφυίας.
Θα πρέπει όμως να ομολογήσω,πως αυτό που αισθάνομαι είναι, πως ο πιό μεγάλος,ο ανώτατος δάσκαλος είναι ο εσωτερικός εαυτός.
Αυτή η εσωτερική πυξίδα-φωνή-ανάγκη που δείχνει η σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι το δρόμο που πρέπει να ακολουθήσεις. Εχοντας πολλές φορές την αίσθηση πως δεν τίθεται καν θέμα επιλογής.
Εμπιστεύομαι αυτόν το εσωτερικό εαυτό.
Since 15een years all spiritual books and teachings i have read, have been of a tremendous help in my inward investigation and understanding of inner space,and mind functioning mine and humans more generally. Especially those of Jiddu Κrishnamurti for almost 10 years.
Last two years Sri Nisargadatta's Maharaj teachings ,so close to my idiosyncracy,have a priceless contribution to the development and enlargement of my spiritual intelligence.
But i must confess , what i feel is, that the greatest,the supreme teacher is the inner self.
This inner ruler-voice-need which shows or makes you feel the path to follow.
Some times having the feeling for it is a choiceless process.
I confide in this inner self.

Υπάρχουν συναισθήματα που αδυνατώ να κατανοήσω.
Τα αφήνω να υπάρχουν και δεν τους αντιστέκομαι,μήτε τα κρίνω.

There are emotions i can not understand,i don't resist to them,nor i judge them.

OI ΛΕΞΕΙΣ ΤΩΝ ΑΛΛΩΝ
Πάντα από έφηβη είχα αδυναμία στις συνεντεύξεις. Ηταν φορές που μάθαινα για τα της ανθρώπινης ψυχής διαβαζοντάς τες.
Τώρα στην ωριμότητα,όταν συναντώ λέξεις που θα μπορούσαν να είχαν ειπωθεί,η γραφτεί και από με, με κάποιες ίσως παραλλαγές,νοιώθω μία εσωτερική χαρά,και το χαμόγελο συνοδεύεται από την ανακουφιστική εκείνη αίσθηση της ύπαρξης συνοδοιπόρων στο δρόμο διεύρυνσης της συνειδητότητας .
Δίνει και μία αίσθηση ελευθερίας η έκφραση μέσα από τις λέξεις των άλλων..
Συνοδοιπόροι είμαστε στον ίδιο προορισμό..
Ακολουθούν τέσσερα τέτοια αποσπάσματα:

"Φτάνει με την κρίση αρκετά. Υπάρχει και η φύση.

The hippie movement that originated on the west Coast of the United States in the
1960”s and then spread throughout the western world came out of many young people’s
rejection of the social archetypes,of roles ,of preestablished patterns of behavior as well as egoically based social and economic structures.

In the 1960’s millions of people began to withdraw their identification with a collective conceptual identity because the insanity of the system the collective was so obvious.
The hippie movement represented a loosening of the hitherto rigid egoic structures in
the psyche of humanity.
The movement itself degenerated and came to an end,but it left behind an opening,and not just in those who were part of the movement.
This made it possible for ancient Eastern wisdom and spirituality to move west and
play an essential part in the awakening of global consciousness.

At the present you wrongly identify your self as the body.
Body is given a certain name.that is "you",you consider it to be like that.
But i say that in this body,consciousness is present or the knowledge
"i am" as i call it, is there.

- Life force ,love and consciousness are all one in essence.By all means use your body to work in the world.
But understand what it is.The body is only an instrument to be used.

According to the Indian philosophy of Advaita,which literally means'non-two'.there is only One Source.
All there is is Consciousness.

Maharaj Nisargadatta:How do all people in the world,successful or otherwise,operate?
When you look into it,you will find that everyone has assumed a "sample",a certain image of himself.I am so and so-an image or a pose.
And it is from that pose that he is acting.
That pose has been taken by his concept about himself.
And only someone who understands this-the source of his actions-becomes free of it.
He sees the false as the false.
Visitor: I have often felt that everybody in this world is trying to present some sort of face,and all our activities are in aid of maintaining that sense of the self we have ,to protect us from having to look beyond it. We were making some funny remarks about psychiatrists yesterday. Until they begin to understand that so many people's neurotic behaviors occur when this face they are trying to present is being threatened or challenged in some way,i dont think they will ever know what they are doing.
N:Psychiatrists will have first to understand what mind is,not how mind works,but what mind itself is.Then there may be some change.

Years ago blogger had experienced a serious depression when ,for several reasons, was not able any more to sustain the image she had of herself and wanted others also have of her.
i am free of the need to be this or that,as a woman ,a person,member of society.
i am free of the need to define my self through personal relationships and attachments.
But i am not free of the need to understand what i feel. To understand what probably can not be understood.
Mind always needs to know, doesn't give up so easily,doesn't like peace.
Lets keep quiet,witness and see what happen.
Whatever one loves, one cares for it,protects it,respects it,appreciates it, and let it grow and mature according its own nature.

Η ζωή και η δράση συνεχίζονται ,χωρίς ιχνος υπερηφάνιας ούτε και ενοχής.

if our free will is based on two factors
- our genes
-our conditionning, over neither of which we had any control then our free will is what exactly?
