At the present you wrongly identify your self as the body.
Body is given a certain name.that is "you",you consider it to be like that.
But i say that in this body,consciousness is present or the knowledge
"i am" as i call it, is there.
You should identify yourself as this knowledge that is ALL!

But understand what it is.The body is only an instrument to be used.
You are the everlasting,timeless,spaceless principle which gives sentience to this body.
